We recently went with Apex for a 6 hour day trip climbing near Vail. The trip was incredibly easy to book (yay Scott), and our guide (Eric) was wonderful. We’re East Coasters with 3 kids (ages 9, 9, and 12) and Eric did a great job instructing and coaching them up the wall. I have hired guides on past vacation trips for our family, and Eric was one of the best. He found routes that challenged the kids, but didn’t discourage them, and it’s renewed their interest in outdoor climbing. Kudos to Apex, and I hope to see you in Colorado again.
