Monitor Rock Climbing
Monitor Rock is located at Independence Pass, in between Aspen and Leadville. It is a wonderful from the summer heat and it’s ideal for multi pitch climbing!
This granite monolith is located a very short walk from the parking area. There is almost no approach hike to get to the wall. The wall has about 60 routes to choose from. Whether you’re looking to climb top rope, sport, trad or multi-pitch Monitor Rock has it.
Our Monitor Rock climbing trips are available daily, and are open to adventure-seekers of all ages, ability and fitness levels. Every trip is private guided, and includes all necessary climbing equipment such as climbing shoes and a harness.
