Max Pugh

With over a decade of experience in the mountains as a climber and ski mountaineer, Max has successfully summitted and skied many technical lines in Colorado, ranging from Front Range classics to lesser known gems in the Southwest.

Max has a high level of focus on risk management and client development, with the goal of not pushing people out of their comfort zone, but expanding it. Max’s favorite thing to do is share the thing he loves most with newfound adventurers.

Having gone to the University of Colorado for Production and Media Studies, Max takes on the role of our Marketing and PR Coordinator as well. He leverages firsthand experience to craft compelling narratives, manages our social media presence and administrative tasks, and builds strong relationships with our community and the surrounding media.
