Candela Ramirez

Candela Ramirez serves as the Administrative Coordinator at Apex Mountain School, where she plays a key role in the day-to-day organization and client experience of the company.

She works closely with clients to guide them through the booking and planning process, ensuring clear communication, smooth logistics, and thoughtful coordination across programs. Her work helps keep operations running efficiently while maintaining the personal, attentive approach Apex is known for.

Originally from Argentina, Candela discovered the mountain environment during a Work & Travel experience in the Vail Valley in 2023. What began as a short stay quickly turned into a lasting connection to the mountains and to the Apex Mountain School team.

Drawn by both the landscape and the strong sense of community within the company, she continues to work remotely while remaining closely involved in daily operations.Candela is a recently graduated medical doctor in Argentina, a background that informs her organized, detail-oriented approach and strong focus on responsibility, communication, and care for others.

Although her professional path did not begin in the mountains, she values being part of a team that prioritizes trust, safety, and meaningful human connections, and she takes pride in supporting Apex’s mission behind the scenes.
